Playitas camp 10-17/3, Fuerteventura
from EX SwimRun

We are thrilled to announce the EX25 Playitas training camp from March 10-17, 2025.
For those who have been there, you know what it's like; for those who haven’t, you should definitely seize the opportunity to join us at this legendary training hotel on Fuerteventura! The main focus will be on swimming and running. We’ll utilize the Olympic-sized 50-meter pool for technique training, the ocean for open water sessions, the mountains for technical trail running, and the iconic red carpet for faster road running.

Naturally, we’ll also enjoy various other sessions like yoga, stretching, core, crossfit, and anything else you can imagine. Of course, there will be a bit of Aquathlon and maybe a grand bay-to-bay adventure to close out the week. But EX25 Playitas isn’t just about training. We’ll socialize, play beach volleyball, and enjoy great food and drinks. The goal is for everyone to have fun and make the most out of a week in the sun with us! For more info about EX25 Playitas, pricing, departures from Landvetter and Arlanda, what’s included, and how to book, check out exswimrun.se/resa.

We hope you’ll join us on this EXtremely exciting trip! /

Hidden Gems of Pogosta
Swimrun Camp in Eastern Finland
11th – 14th of August 2025

Ilomantsi, originally known as Pogosta, is the most eastern municipality of Finland and European Union. For a swimrunner, numbers of crystal-clear lakes in the middle of the uninhabited wilderness can be described as the hidden gems of Pogosta. Water of these green-blue lakes is clear, fresh and relatively warm.

Beyond the lakes you will find a great list of different gems when you visit Pogosta: Hundreds of kilometers of easy trails on long ridges (formed during ice age) and in pine forests, traditional Karelian (local) food, views from the top of the Winetower and the hill of estate Parppeinpirtti and a piece of local history from World War 2.
