My SwimRun Friendship battle 2025

Date: 24th of May - 22nd of June 2025
Registration is open by 22nd of May

16.790 km is the record from last year 
- we hope to break that one with more teams and more athletes in 2025.

Our most important Rules:

• A Team consists of 5 - 10 participants
• A SwimRun consists of a total distance of at least 2 km, with 2 swimming and running sessions each and should aim for at least 5% - recommended 10 % of swimming
• Any number of sessions can be completed per day.
• Each unit (training or race) must be uploaded by midnight of next day
• Emphasis on motivation and fun over dishonesty.
• Trust is emphasized, with motivation and fun in favour  of over excessive ambition

Our first Challenge:
 

1. The Strong Beginning May 24/25, 2025

• Which team manages to make on Saturday and Sunday 1 upload per member? 

• In case of a tie, the average km per team counts 

Award: ISO from Herbalife, 100 skr Voucher @WolffWear per member 

and 

• 1 Wild card SR Marathon World Championships for the longest distance overall
