Stockholm/Arholma: outer Archipelago/Sweden
Sprint 15,5k, Team and Solo
DISCOVER wild Arholma — where iconic cliffs, sea, and wild nature tell the story of the Swedish archipelago
Amfibiemannen Swimrun is one of the world’s oldest and most iconic swimrun races, first organized in 2010.
Set on Arholma, at the very edge of Stockholm’s outer archipelago where the Baltic Sea meets the Åland Sea,
the race takes place on smooth, ice-shaped rocks, forest trails, and open shoreline—nature made for swimrun.
The course showcases the very best of Arholma’s wild and varied landscape: unpaved forest paths,
narrow trails, gravel roads, rocky islands, open sea swims, and iconic landmarks such as Arholma Fort and the famous Arholma boat.
The route is carefully designed to provide a true outer-archipelago experience while respecting nature and wildlife.
With a friendly, family-like atmosphere, technical yet accessible terrain, and breathtaking scenery,
the Amphibian Man Sprint is perfect for beginners and experienced swimrunners alike.
The race finishes with food, community, and unforgettable archipelago memories.
With this event we strengthen the longterm cooperation witn Wolffwear and switched Arhoma with the previous cooperation of Finnhamn.
Enjoy the raw beauty of Arholma, framed by cliffs and the vast Swedish archipelago
