Swimrun  z´Ostra takes place in the picturesque Dąbrowa Lake District in the town of Dąbrowa Górnicza. The four reservoirs, which owe their name to the river flowing through them (Pogoria 1 - 4), are famous for their crystal clear and transparent water and interesting vegetation.
